Out of the Blue is the creative team of Jeffrey Preg; communication artist, illustrator, and creative designer, and Cherie Preg; creative writer, creative developer, and proofreader. Jeffrey and Cherie are graduates of Auburn University with degrees in art and English, respectively. In business together since 2008, they have prior experience in advertising, publishing, medical research graphics, and teaching. They have been married since 1990. Out of the Blue offers clients the services of an agency's complete creative department. Work is done on a project-by-project basis, no contract is required, and printing and outsourced materials are not marked up. Clients own all completed project files.
